When and where is this thing?
Saturday, May 21 at the Warren Community Center. All the info you need after you register is on the right of this page. Click on “Participant Guide”. But, big picture, check in begins at 8am, 5K at 8:30am, 1 mile at 9:30am.
Can I bring my kids / dog?
This is a family event. It makes our hearts happy to see young people getting involved. There will be lots of fun stuff for the little kiddos (and big kiddos too!). Per the city, pets are not allowed in the park.
How do I take donations?
You can accept cash or check or people can donate online in your name. Checks are payable to Bethel (our parent organization) and 100% of the funds raised go towards this cause. Only the registration fees cover administrative expenses, t-shirts, etc.
When and where is it?
May 21, Warren Community Center track (new location from previous years). Parking is free. Please, please, please download your walkers registration info pack (coming soon).
Do you need sponsors?
Yes, always, all the time. Sponsors can cover the cost of t-shirts, coffee, printing, website, insurance… The more sponsors we get the more we can send to fight for freedom. Our favorite is when we can send the registration fees in addition to the funds raised. Thanks for asking.
Can I tell other people about this?
No. It’s a secret…Of course! Yes! Please! Visit us on Facebook and share photos or download and share some of our photos from the media page. If you’d like some brochures to pass out at church / school / youth group / book club / wilderness club let us know!
Are donations tax deductible?
Yes! If people donate online or via check we will record it. If people donate with cash their name and address must be submitted to receive tax donation. Donation forms are found in your participant registration pack.
